Job summary

Lavastica International B.V. is seeking a commercially minded Sales Representative for our Rotterdam office. You will join a dynamic inside sales team, handling daily customer contact, quotations, inquiries, and orders.

You will work closely with Senior Sales Account Managers and internal departments to ensure smooth commercial processes. The role emphasizes frequent international customer contact, collaboration with Sales and Logistics, and contributing to the growth of the customer base.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO+ level education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or commercial support role.
• Good command of English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers from inside sales.
• Support Account Managers with commercial activities and orders.
• Prepare, develop, and follow up on quotations and price inquiries.
• Process and follow up on inquiries and orders in ERP.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and help expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to provide best service.
