CMA CGM Holland is hiring an Inside Sales Officer to join its Short Sea Line Sales team in the Commercial department. The role focuses on developing and managing a customer portfolio, driving growth through proactive telesales, CRM, and cross-selling across trade lanes including VAS and intermodal solutions.

You will work with internal stakeholders, monitor pipeline in CRM, prepare quotations, and contribute to revenue targets.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required. Dutch is strongly preferred. Knowledge of MS Office software, CRM software and CMA-CGM systems.
• Driver’s license.
• Customer focused and result driven.
• Strong negotiation skills, able to close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management: grow a portfolio across export, import, and cross-trade activities and conduct proactive sales via phone and digital channels.
• CGM-CGM+ (VAS) Selling: promote Group and Non-Maritime products in line with pricing policy.
• Finance: ensure invoice accuracy and manage credit terms.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: update CRM data, monitor customer performance, and report results to Sales Management.
