Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level in commercial or administrative field.
• Experience in a similar role in the technical or industrial sector.
• Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing.
• Strong communication, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Structured approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries, quotations, and orders in our system.
• Maintain contact with customers regarding delivery times, pricing, and availability.
• Support the sales team with reports and documentation.
• Monitor ongoing orders and ensure correct handling and completion.
• Coordinate with production and logistics regarding deliveries and inventory.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service and processes.
