Job summary

Röhlig Nederland B.V. in Rotterdam is seeking an Inside Sales colleague to support new business development and deliver responsive, accurate customer solutions.

You will qualify sales leads, coordinate customer appointments and follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports. You will manage customer master data, contracts, rates and auto-rating information across relevant systems, and handle quotation requests from initial requirements through to timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience with freight forwarding operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and coordination skills.
• Accurate, proactive approach and confidence working with customers and commercial colleagues.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, proposals and rate requests, including coordination with overseas offices.
• Qualify sales leads, coordinate customer appointments and follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Manage customer master data, contracts, rates and auto-rating information across relevant systems.
• Handle quotation requests from initial requirements and carrier selection through to timely follow-up.
