Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity or related IT field.
• 5-7 years of information security experience.
• Experience with information security management systems and audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, GDPR and related standards.
• Ability to discuss security topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve information security policies and guidelines.
• Lead internal and external audits and certifications.
• Collaborate with sales, project and tech teams on security requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and manage risk treatment plans.
• Review designs from security and risk perspective, including AI considerations.
• Support secure development practices and vulnerability management.
• Lead security awareness initiatives.
