Job Description
As Industry Experience Specialist you support strategies for profitable growth across industry segments, including go-to-market plans and growth roadmaps. You drive growth initiatives cross‑functionally and launch new capabilities.
You work closely with a variety of cluster stakeholders and support functions including Business Planning, Customer Communications, Revenue Management and Industrial Engineering, and Region Go-to-Market partners.
The position includes development of presentations, insights, recommendations and results to socialize growth plans with senior management and stakeholders, with strong emphasis on cooperation with Sales and the creation of value propositions.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
- Collect insights and develop a deep understanding of the market situation, industry segments and dynamics.
- Facilitate the ideation process mapping on gaps and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct field research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the value propositions.
- Conduct market intelligence research, identifying advantages and areas for improvement.
- Develop growth strategies for targeted segments, including business cases, value propositions, growth initiatives and launch plans.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute planned growth initiatives (e.g., webinars, events, etc.).
- Work in strong alignment with Sales and provide knowledge and insights on customer pain points per industry and value propositions.
- Create compelling content and supporting tools for Sales.
- Build presentations for senior management on market, growth plans and initiative results.
- Develop strategies to enhance the experience at each stage of the customer journey, based on targeted segments and requirements.
- Support the Communications team on translations and local adaptations of European customer communications.
- Review, propose and support engagement opportunities through sponsorships, trade fairs and other brand visibility as part of the targeted segment’s growth strategy.

Your Profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business Sciences with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Native‑level Dutch and professional‑level English; French is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Self‑driven and highly accurate with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong prioritization, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Access are a plus.
