UPS is seeking an Industry Experience Specialist in the Netherlands to drive growth across industry segments. You will shape go-to-market plans, develop roadmaps and launch new capabilities with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Region Go-to-Market partners.

You will create compelling content, socialise insights with senior management, and translate customer needs into strong value propositions. A hybrid work model and professional training are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Sciences.
• Native-level Dutch and professional-level English; French is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and highly accurate with accountability.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel and Access skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect insights and develop market understanding across segments.
• Facilitate ideation and map gaps with opportunities.
• Conduct field research to understand customer needs and value propositions.
• Perform market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies, business cases and launch plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives.
• Align with Sales to share customer pain points and value propositions.
• Create content and tools for Sales to use.
• Build presentations for senior management on market results.
• Develop strategies to improve customer journey at each stage.
• Support Communications with translations and local adaptations.
• Review and support sponsorships, trade fairs and brand visibility.
