Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the industrial machinery and simulation market, including the needs of engineering audiences.
• Marketing experience and knowledge of established marketing frameworks.
• Experience developing audience-focused messaging and content.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience collaborating with remote and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, marketing, and management audiences.

Aufgaben

• Content Planning & Strategy – Lead the SIM Industrial Machinery marketing plan and develop an industry content roadmap for key focus areas. Define the content needed to build awareness, generate demand, and support sales
• Messaging & Content Creation – Develop clear and consistent messaging for SIM Industrial Machinery, aligned with SIM and Simcenter positioning. Bring this messaging to life through customer presentations, articles, blog posts, customer stories, and other marketing assets
• Audience-Driven Development – Create messaging and content tailored to your target audiences, with a clear focus on their challenges, priorities, and needs
• Content Activation – Partner with global marketing campaign and execution teams to align goals, plans, and content needs. Keep stakeholders informed throughout campaigns and projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with remote teams, technical experts, sales, management, and content teams across our international organization
