Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to join Growth for Intelligence Center X, Siemens' agentic enterprise system and Mendix. You will translate the platform into customer-centric narratives and sales-ready content that accelerate pipeline.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, Industry teams, Campaigns, and Field Marketing to craft differentiated messaging for AI and cloud-based solutions, driving enterprise adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Enable sales teams with messaging and content that supports pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
Produce high-impact industry messaging that aligns with customer priorities and strategic growth markets.

Build trusted relationships across Product, Sales, Industry Marketing, and Campaign teams as the go-to expert for solution messaging.
