Siemens Software is seeking a SIM Solutions Marketing Manager – Automotive to shape messaging and content for our automotive simulation solutions. You will turn complex engineering topics into compelling narratives that raise awareness, generate demand, and support sales engagement.

Collaborating with SIM Automotive marketing, industry leads and global teams, you will ensure a consistent automotive story across markets and channels while delivering audience-focused campaigns and content.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
• Marketing experience with understanding of marketing principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of the simulation market and needs of engineering audiences.
• Experience developing audience-focused messaging, campaigns and content.
• Strong storytelling skills to turn complex topics into clear narratives.
• Experience collaborating with colleagues across locations, functions, and time zones.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with marketing, technical, sales and leadership teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content planning and strategy for SIM Automotive marketing plan and industry content roadmap.
• Create messaging and content for SIM Automotive, aligned with SIM and Simcenter positioning.
• Develop audience-focused messaging and ensure relevance for target audiences.
• Coordinate with global teams to align goals, plans and content requirements and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical experts, marketing, sales and leaders across a global organization to craft effective content.
