Job summary

IDM is seeking a Team Leader for Industrial Cleaning in Eindhoven. You will oversee roughly 30 employees, set daily priorities and drive safety, quality and productivity targets in a 40-hour week across 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00 shifts.

You will organize tasks, ensure quality and safety compliance, coach staff, and coordinate handovers with other departments. A Lean/5S background and English communication are preferred, EU citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• MBO+ working and thinking level.
• Experience in production, logistics or industrial cleaning.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
• Knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage.
• Driving license is preferred.
• European Union citizenship (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Organize daily tasks and allocate work across the team.
• Monitor cleaning quality, productivity and compliance with safety and PPE rules.
• Coach employees, provide feedback and support new starters.
• Coordinate shift handovers and communicate with other departments.
• Resolve operational problems and adjust priorities.
• Support Lean and 5S improvements and maintain planning and reporting records.
