• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of PPE
• Coaching, developing, and motivating employees
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Managing shift handovers and ensuring clear communication within the team
• Resolving operational challenges and adjusting priorities when necessary
• Initiating and supporting process improvements based on Lean and 5S principles
• Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
• Working closely with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow
