The Indoor Sales Specialist role focuses on developing customer relationships, supporting Sales Executives, Tender Desk and overseas colleagues with quotations, and ensuring a smooth handover between sales and operations.

You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders across regions, secure competitive pricing, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as Indoor Sales Specialist in a 3PL environment with ocean and air pricing experience.
• Strong fighter mentality to ensure the best solutions, rates and capacity are in place.
• Strong communication skills to work with colleagues across continents to implement new customers and roll out proposed solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• A strong sense of organizational skills to prioritize inquiries and deliver detailed and accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and support Sales Executives, Tender Desk and Overseas Colleagues with quotations.
• Bridge between sales and operations to ensure a smooth transition of customer requirements and day-to-day shipment execution.
