Job summary

Stoneridge is seeking a Procurement Specialist on a fixed-term 7-month contract to support indirect procurement operations. You will manage RFQs, handle supplier relationships, issue purchase orders, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery. Strong communication in English and experience with ERPs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFQ process for indirect goods/services.
• Support supplier sourcing by evaluating quotations and negotiating terms.
• Create and track purchase orders and update ERP systems.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to prevent delays.
• Coordinate invoice discrepancies with suppliers and finance.
