Job summary

Avery Dennison seeks two Indirect Procurement Interns for its European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. Start Feb 15 for six months, requiring 2 days on-site per week with up to 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.
• Currently enrolled at a Dutch university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Support.
• RFP Execution: End-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP support.
• Bid Analysis: Evaluate supplier proposals using TCO models.
• Market Intelligence: Research market trends and supplier landscapes.
• Contract Management & Legal Support: Draft terms and support negotiations.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage internal contract approval lifecycle.
• Compliance & Archiving: Maintain contract repositories and monitor renewals.
• Operational Execution: Create/manage POs in SAP Ariba.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Spend analysis and KPI dashboards.
