Job summary

Avery Dennison’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands offers a hybrid internship in Talent Acquisition, focusing on intern recruitment across the Netherlands and employer branding initiatives. You will work 2 days per week on-site at the European HQ in Oegstgeest, with the remaining days from home.

The internship starts on 15 February 2027 for six months. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage end-to-end intern processes, and participate in recruitment events and talent community

Qualifications

• You are an HBO-/WO- student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or any related studies.
• You are currently enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of your internship.
• You have very good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for all Internship positions in the Netherlands.
• Foster an Intern Community through events and networking opportunities.
• Support recruitment events such as Career Fairs and in-house days.
• Maintain Talent Attraction communication tools, including the Talent Community.
• Collaborate on projects to enhance Talent Attraction and Employer Branding.
