Job summary

Avery Dennison in the Netherlands offers a six-month internship within the Talent Acquisition team, managing the full intern recruitment process for Dutch openings while contributing to Talent Attraction and Employer Branding, starting February 15, 2027. The role is hybrid with two days on-site and three days remote, based at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest.

You must be an HBO/WO student enrolled in a Dutch university and fluent in English, with a keen interest in HR and strong

Qualifications

• HBO-/WO student enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Interest in human resources and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for all internship positions in the Netherlands, from position creation to offer.
• Foster an intern community through events and networking opportunities.
• Support recruitment events such as career fairs, in-house days, and company events.
• Maintain Talent Attraction tools and the Talent Community communications.
• Collaborate on projects to enhance Talent Attraction and Employer Branding strategy.
