Avery Dennison is offering two Indirect Procurement Intern positions at the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The program runs for six months, requires a minimum of two days on-site per week with up to three days remote, and focuses on MRO, Facilities, and Freight spend categories.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the entire internship.
• Enrolled at a Dutch university.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing and category management for MRO, Facility and Freight spend.
• Assist in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and bid analysis.
• Support contract management, negotiation, and lifecycle workflows.
• Manage Procure-to-Pay activities and SAP Ariba PO creation.
• Analyze spend data and develop dashboards to track KPIs.
