• Pursuing HBO/WO studies in Business Administration, HR, Communications or Psychology.
• Must be enrolled at a Dutch university for entire internship duration.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection for Netherlands internship positions from job creation to offers.
• Foster an Intern Community through events and networking.
• Support organization and participation in recruitment events (career fairs, on-site days).
• Maintain Talent Attraction communications (Talent Community, etc.).
• Collaborate on projects to enhance Talent Attraction and Employer Branding.
