Responsibilities

• Select and prepare ingredients (wash, cut, mix, etc.).
• Perform intermediate checks for doneness, taste, and color and adjust as needed.
• Ensure consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and correct as needed.
• Track stock levels, order ingredients, and check deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work area, kitchen equipment, and stations.
• Report faults and resolve minor issues.
• Contribute to menu composition, adjustments, and methods.
