Job summary

Target Amsterdam is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to drive guest experience and store performance through hands-on leadership of the inbound team. You will ensure product availability, accuracy, and timely execution of tasks while coaching hourly team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead daily operations, set clear goals, and foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach, and develop talent.
• Understanding of inventory, pricing, and promotions in GM/Retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments across shifts.
• Train and mentor team members to meet Target standards.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve guest experience and store performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads to align with business priorities and sales goals.
• Lead and develop a GM Experts team from selection through onboarding.
