Job summary

AtriCure International is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inbound processes, coordinate logistics and inventory, and liaise with internal and external customers at the Den Bosch Service Center. The role requires experience in supply chain or related fields and strong English communication.

You will supervise 3PL activities, coordinate rework and quarantine dispositions, and perform weekly stock reconciliations while collaborating with warehouse operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
• Basic import/export knowledge.
• Must be able to commute to AtriCure Service Center in Den Bosch, NL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 3PL.
• Coordinate Rework and Quarantine disposition activities.
• Marketing & Professional Education Outbounds.
• Weekly Stock Reconciliation.
• Work closely with Warehouse operator.
• Assist/Back up Logistics/Operations/Sales Operations activities.
