Job summary

AtriCure International is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inbound processes, coordinate logistics and inventory, and liaise with internal and external customers at the Den Bosch Service Center. The role requires experience in supply chain or related fields and strong English communication.

You will supervise 3PL activities, coordinate rework and quarantine dispositions, and perform weekly stock reconciliations while collaborating with warehouse operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
• Basic import/export knowledge.
• Must be able to commute to AtriCure Service Center in Den Bosch, NL.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the inbound process, coordinating logistics and inventory activities and interacting with internal and external customers. The successful candidate will work full time in AtriCure's Service Center in Den Bosch.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 3PL

Coordinate Rework and Quarantine disposition activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support Strong written/verbal communication in English

Ability to work in a variety of systems (ERP systems, CRM, Service Management Systems, WMS/TMS)

Basic import and export knowledge

Ability to commute to primary place of work at AtriCure Service Center in Den Bosch, The
