Corendon Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands seeks an enthusiastic In Room Dining Associate to bring the hotel experience to guests' rooms. You will prepare orders for delivery, ensure accuracy and presentation, and deliver with a welcoming, professional touch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders directly to guest rooms.
• Make sure every order is complete, accurate and presented.

• Set up and clear In Room Dining trays and trolleys.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality-driven In Room Dining Associate who knows how to bring the hotel experience directly to our guests’ rooms.

What does your job include?

As an In Room Dining Associate, you are responsible for creating an excellent dining experience from the moment an order is placed until everything has been delivered and presented perfectly in the guest’s room.

You prepare orders for delivery, make sure everything is complete and beautifully presented, and personally deliver food and beverages to our guests. With your friendly and professional approach, you make every interaction feel welcoming and personal.

You understand that the details make the difference. You make sure orders arrive on time, check that everything meets our quality standards and respond quickly and professionally to any additional guest requests.

Of course, you don’t do this alone. You work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth communication and excellent service throughout the entire guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering food and beverage orders directly to guest rooms;
• Making sure every order is complete, accurate and professionally presented;
• Providing friendly and personalized service to our guests;
• Answering questions about dishes, drinks and available options;
• Handling guest requests in a professional and hospitable manner;

In this position, you report to the F&B Supervisor and Assistant F&B Manager.

Within this position it is possible to work part-time or fulltime.
