Corendon Village Hotel, part of the Marriott family, is seeking a Front Office Associate for Residence Inn by Marriott, located within Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel. You will welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, delivering warm, personalized service that aligns with Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience, ideally Front Office or guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English.

You’ll be working for Residence Inn by Marriott, located within the Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel. As part of the Front Office team, you deliver the warm, personal and thoughtful service that Residence Inn is known for worldwide.

What does the job entail?

As a Front Office Associate, you are the first face our guests see and the last impression they take with them.

You create a warm welcome, ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, and deliver service that goes beyond expectations.

You assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, answer questions with a smile, and solve small challenges before they become big ones.

You collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments and help create an atmosphere where guests truly feel at home, exactly the experience Residence Inn by Marriott is known for. In this role, you’re not just a receptionist; you’re a host, problem‑solver, and hospitality ambassador all in one.

• Previous experience in hospitality — ideally at the Front Office or in another guest‑facing role.

• Excellent communication skills — you speak fluent English

• A natural sense of hospitality — you genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome and at home.

• Flexibility — you are comfortable working different shifts, including weekends.

• A true team player — you enjoy working closely with colleagues across departments.

• Problem‑solving mindset — you stay calm, think ahead and handle challenges with a smile.

• Professional and well‑presented — you represent Residence Inn by Marriott from the moment a guest walks in.

• Basic computer skills — experience with PMS systems is an advantage, but not required.
