Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel (Badhoevedorp) seeks a Night Auditor to welcome guests during the night, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage the Bazar shop while ensuring safety and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area.

The role requires English proficiency, guest-focused attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently on night shifts within an international, dynamic environment. Staff benefits include discounts and development opportunities.

• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsabilités

• Serve as main point of contact for guests during the night shift.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, and manage the Bazar shop.
• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and local area; ensure guest safety.
• Supervise security, patrol the lobby, and handle incident response and complaints.

We are searching for you as our brand new Night Receptionist for the Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol AirportHotel (Badhoevedorp)

What does the job include?

As a Night Auditor you are the main point of contact for our guests during the night in the hotel. You are committed to making every guest feel welcome with us and you are always striving to exceed guest expectations. You help them check in and out, you man the Bazar shop and you provide information about the hotel, the facilities and the area. You are also responsible for their safety. In this context, you supervise the security of the grounds and the building, you patrol the lobby and you do control rounds in the hotel. In case of calamities you guide our guests and in case of complaints you deal with them. In this position you report to the Front Office Manager.

• You are flexible, assertive and can work independently;
