ShipitSmarter is seeking an Implementatin Analyst to join our carrier integration team. You will onboard new customers and extend capabilities for existing clients, working closely with carriers and customers to continually improve integrations.

You will expand your IT knowledge and become a domain expert while collaborating with multiple product teams to deliver reliable carrier integrations and enhanced customer value.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and grow within our company.
• Basic familiarity with programming concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Join the carrier integration team and help connect shippers with carriers.

• Maintain regular contact with carriers and customers to improve integrations.

• Gross Monthly salary €3.500 – €6.500 based on 40 hours
• Training budget of 3.5% of your gross salary
