Job summary

ConnectingTheDots in Zwolle, Netherlands, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to configure and optimize our PIM platform for customers. You will translate needs into a working solution while managing data migrations and integrations, and you will handle service desk tickets with a focus on root causes and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and Sales/Product teams, ensuring configurations fit customer processes.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS, PIM, e-commerce or digital services.
• Experience with software configuration and implementation projects.
• Experience with customer contact and functional advice.
• Drive to understand processes, see improvements and help customers move forward.
• Strong business communication in Dutch, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

What you help build

Good product data starts before your PIM.

Most PIM platforms only start after the import. We start at the source. As Implementation Consultant you configure the platform so that principle really works for customers.

At ConnectingTheDots you help organisations work smarter with product data. As Implementation Consultant in our PIM SaaS business unit, you implement and configure our PIM platform for customers. You translate their needs into a platform that really works, and you make sure they get the most out of it. You configure, solve and optimise, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.

You translate customers' needs and challenges in product data management into a platform that really works. You test, validate and help find the best solution. And you help customers when they have questions, through our service desk or in direct contact. See something that could be smarter or more efficient? You flag it right away and make the difference.

You work from our office in Zwolle, together with the Customer Success Manager, our consultants and the Sales and Product Development teams.

What will you do?

• Configure and set up the PIM platform based on customer needs.

• Document your work and record agreements carefully.
• Be an active part of the team: you keep your colleagues informed, and they keep you informed.

• A salary between € 3,700 and € 4,900 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
