Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations management.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing teams.
• Strong operational instincts and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Availability of 32–38 hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the Den Bosch store.
• Lead and develop a team of 6-8 baristas.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Monitor store performance, revenue, and compliance.
• Support scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs.
