Job summary

Wakuli in Amsterdam is seeking a part‑time Store Manager for a 32‑hour week to lead one Amsterdam location with 80% on the shop floor. You will coach a team of 6–8 baristas, drive daily operations and uphold Wakuli's brand and values.

The role focuses on leadership, culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring store performance is strong across revenue, waste, and scheduling. This is a growth‑oriented position in a fast‑growing coffee company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality, retail or operations (3+ years).
• Proven track record of coaching, accountability and driving performance.
• Strong operational instincts and problem‑solving.
• Ownership mindset with focus on service quality.
• Fluency in English (Dutch a plus).
• Availability for 32 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members with coaching, clarity and structure.
• Attract, hire and onboard new baristas and team leads; build a positive culture.
• Own store performance: revenue, waste, schedule, stock, safety and compliance.
• Share best practices with the Store Management Team to support expansion.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and store energy.
