Job summary

Sirva Netherlands is seeking an Immigration Consultant to join our hybrid team and coordinate immigration services for relocating employees and corporate clients. You will ensure visa and work permit compliance, prepare documentation, and liaise with authorities to keep cases moving smoothly.

You will also produce regular activity reports, support invoicing with the accounting team, and perform additional tasks to support operations and account managers in a global mobility context.

Qualifications

• Understanding of visa and work permit processes.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with web-based CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate immigration services for clients and relocated employees; gather and review documents; prepare paperwork for visa submissions; monitor status with authorities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports; manage invoicing and coordination with accounting.
• Support with additional operations and account management tasks as needed.

The Immigration Consultant you will work closely as part of a team with our internal departments as well as our corporate clients. Ensure compliance with the legal situation in the respective countries regarding visa procedures and work recording, coordinate solution-oriented immigration processes for our multinational corporate clients, communicate with authorities, consulates and embassies and control the performance of our international service network

Key Responsibilities

• 70% - Consult and coordinate the delivery of immigration services to our clients, relocating employees and family members; including general communication, liaison, collection, and review of documents received, preparation of paperwork for immigration application submission. Monitoring the status of visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of Agents, assisting Agents with co-ordination of outbound immigration services, communicating with GACs and providing immigration updates as required to facilitate the provision of additional services. Handle enquiries from corporate clients on latest rules and regulations and status on individual cases. Update company computer system promptly and accurately as per KPI requirements related to immigration services.
• 20%- Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational activities. Monitor and process renewal applications Ensure timely invoicing and collection, coordinating with accounting team
• 10% - Other responsibilities as necessary to support Operations and Account Manager(s), client and assignee demands

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

• Understanding of visa and work permit processes

• Reliability and be a quick learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dealing with web-based CRM software
• Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures
• Commercial and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Structured approach
• Fluent in English language learning and commitment
• Strong preference for secondary language skills

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma Required
• Graduate degree Preferred
• CRP or GMS certification advantageous
