Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Finance Implementation Lead to support a large-scale ERP rollout in the Netherlands. The role requires ownership of entity-level implementations, guiding delivery from planning to go-live, and coordinating finance-focused activities with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will bring strong IFS Finance expertise, project leadership experience, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IFS Cloud implementations.
• IFS Finance functional expertise.
• Experience in an implementation lead, project lead or project management role.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Comfortable coordinating internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Netherlands at least 3 days per week.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IFS Cloud implementation activities for individual entities.
• Own the implementation plan from initiation through go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal project teams and business stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for Finance-related implementation activities.
• Provide guidance across IFS Finance modules and processes.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.
• Support workshops, requirements gathering, testing and deployment.
