Job summary

Itworksrec in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced IFS Application Manager to oversee the IFS Cloud transformation project. The role focuses on keeping the platform stable, well-documented, and supported at L2/L3 levels, with hands-on problem solving and knowledge sharing.

The candidate will help manage environments, draft SOPs, and ensure smooth incident resolution, while contributing to a global programme roll-out and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IFS Application Manager or IFS Application Support Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of IFS applications and application management.
• Experience supporting IFS at L2/L3 level.
• Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and knowledge sharing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IFS Cloud operations to keep the app running.
• Handle and resolve L2/L3 incidents and service requests.
• Support ongoing application management and troubleshooting.
• Draft and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks, requests and incidents.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Perform regression testing after system changes, updates and fixes.
• Support the transition and acceptance of migrated IFS environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve application support processes.
• Explain technical and functional processes clearly to colleagues and users.
