Job summary

Digidentity, a Solera company, is seeking a motivated Implementation Engineer to join our team in The Hague. You will implement and integrate customers to the Digidentity Identity Platform, ensuring a smooth adoption and successful deployment.

You will collaborate with project managers, developers and customer support to tailor solutions, configure APIs, and troubleshoot during the implementation lifecycle.

This role requires adaptability and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience implementing or configuring software solutions.
• Understanding of APIs and integration concepts (REST, web services).
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate clients to the Digidentity Identity Platform.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize the platform to meet client needs, including UI integration.
• Conduct system testing and resolve issues or bugs.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with identity management trends and best practices.
