Job summary

Digidentity is seeking a Senior Customer Success Agent based in The Hague, Netherlands. You will be the senior point of contact for customers, guiding onboarding from Sales handover through successful adoption of Digidentity solutions.

You will handle complex inquiries, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Support, or related role in tech/SaaS/identity security.
• Proficient English and Dutch communication.
• Strong analytical and proactive ownership mindset.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Own onboarding of new customers, including enterprise customers.
• Guide customers through setup, verification flows, and initial usage of Digidentity solutions.
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
