Job summary

ThunderSoft is seeking a proactive Facility Engineer to support IDC operations in the Netherlands. The role focuses on ensuring power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems are stable, secure, and available, with on-site responsibilities and incident response.

You will monitor infrastructure, update asset information, and perform facility inspections while adhering to client guidelines and change procedures. English and local language proficiency are required to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and IDC operations available.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform 5×8 on-site duties at the IDC as per client requirements.
• Update and maintain infrastructure information with high accuracy.
• Monitor platform alarms and ensure system availability and stability.
