Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel is looking for an IT intern to support our ICT Service Centre and become the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide. You will handle hardware, Windows, applications and automation, in a dynamic environment where every day brings a new challenge.

The internship starts February 2026 for 6 months and requires enrolment in Dutch education. You will join a team of IT professionals supporting 10,000+ workstations globally, with opportunities to develop hands-on IT skills

Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
Experience with TOPdesk is a plus.
Social, customer-oriented with strong communication in Dutch and English.
Understanding of automation in a growing organization.
Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

You work within the IT department, supporting both national and international colleagues during regular office hours.
You analyze and resolve requests and incidents. If you are unable to solve a ticket immediately, you ensure the further coordination with other departments and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
You support a wide range of applications and office automation.
