Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food in Amsterdam seeks an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead for the EECM Benelux region on a one-year assignment. You will connect commercial, finance, marketing and supply chain to translate strategy into actionable plans, guiding risk management and sustainable growth across the region.

Reporting to the EECM Benelux Finance Director, you will lead end-to-end IBP, influence senior stakeholders and ensure clear focus on short- and long-term priorities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Integrated Business Planning or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience driving process transformation and continuous improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Experience across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain functions.
• Knowledge of IBP planning tools and advanced planning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning process for EECM Benelux across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate senior leadership forums to balance growth, profitability, service and inventory.
• Align strategic ambitions with operational plans and financial outcomes.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Enhance long-term planning capabilities using technology, automation and AI.
• Drive continuous improvement to raise IBP maturity and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and cultures, acting as IBP ambassador.
