Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking an IBP Lead for the EECM Benelux region based in Amsterdam on a one-year assignment. You will connect commercial, finance, marketing and supply chain to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive performance, risk management and sustainable growth.

You will lead the end-to-end IBP, influence senior stakeholders and ensure a clear view of short-term priorities and long-term opportunities across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or similar planning functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience driving process transformation and continuous improvement across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the Integrated Business Planning process across EECM Benelux with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Facilitate key decision-making forums balancing growth, profitability, service and inventory.
• Drive the connection between strategy, plans and financial outcomes, identifying risks and actions.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to improve forecasting accuracy and accountability.
• Establish long-term planning capabilities using technology, automation and AI for better decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise IBP maturity and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and act as an IBP ambassador sharing best practices.
