Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead for EECM Benelux, based in Amsterdam, to connect commercial, finance, marketing and supply chain teams. This one-year assignment focuses on translating strategy into actionable plans, driving performance, managing risk and enabling sustainable growth across the region.

You'll lead end-to-end IBP, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure a clear view of short-term priorities and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar business planning functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience driving process transformation, continuous improvement and organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Experience working across multiple functions and markets within a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the Integrated Business Planning process across EECM Benelux, bringing together Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to deliver a single, aligned plan.
• Facilitate key business decision-making forums, helping senior leaders balance growth, profitability, service and inventory objectives.
• Drive the connection between strategic ambitions, operational plans and financial outcomes, identifying risks, opportunities and required actions.
• Develop and monitor meaningful performance metrics that improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen business accountability.
• Establish and enhance long-term planning capabilities, leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve decision-making and business performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase the maturity, effectiveness and efficiency of the IBP process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and become a recognised IBP ambassador, sharing best practices and driving excellence.

This is a highly visible role where you\'ll translate business strategy into actionable plans, helping to drive performance, manage risk and enable sustainable growth across the region.

Based in Amsterdam and reporting to the EECM Benelux Finance Director, you\'ll lead the end-to-end IBP process, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring the organisation has a clear view of both short-term priorities and long-term opportunities.

What You need to be successful

Experience & Expertise

Proven experience leading Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Chain planning or a similar business planning function.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.

Experience driving process transformation, continuous improvement and organisational change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Experience working across multiple functions and markets within a complex business environment.
