Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer to design and build data products in the Azure stack, including ADF, Databricks, Synapse, and Power BI. The role focuses on turning IAM data into actionable insights and supporting self-service analytics across the bank.

A background in IAM is preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on curiosity, learning, and collaboration. You will work within the Data & Insight area of the IAM Tribe, collaborating with ingestion squads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. computer sciences
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BI developer in a complex IT landscape
• IAM requires strong technical knowledge in BI/analytics
• Experience with SQL and ETL
• Experience with Azure data platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of data modelling in Analysis Services or Power BI
• Having at least one of these certificates is a plus

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new data & reporting products in the Microsoft Azure stack, such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps deployment pipelines, Power BI, etc.
• Working together on new innovative solutions for complex business needs.
• Developing scalable data & reporting products to support and accelerate Self-Service BI and data-informed decision-making processes.
