Job summary

Rabobank in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer to extract value from IAM data and convert it into actionable insights. You will build reports for business and system owners, collaborate with ingestion squads, and help drive data-informed decision making across the bank.

The role emphasizes Azure data services, Power BI, and a strong analytics mindset. Hybrid working is supported, with a strong focus on IAM data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BI developer in a complex IT landscape.
• Experience with SQL and developing ETL solutions.
• Experience with Azure data platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Python and Spark is preferred.
• Knowledge of data modelling in Analysis Services or Power BI.
• Certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Fundamentals are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new data & reporting products in the Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI).
• Collaborating on innovative solutions for complex business needs.
• Developing scalable data & reporting products to support self-service BI and data-informed decisions.
