Job summary

Rabobank Utrecht is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer to design, build, and deliver data and reporting products within the IAM data environment. You will craft insights from IAM data to empower business and IT stakeholders, and collaborate across squads to drive self-service analytics.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BI development, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with Azure data services such as ADF, Databricks, Synapse, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BI developer in a complex IT landscape.
• Experienced in working with SQL and developing ETL solutions.
• Experienced in working with Azure data platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of data modelling in Analysis Services or Power BI.
• Having at least one certificate is a plus: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate; Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals; Databricks certificates.
• Great analytical and problem solving skills; very good communication and cooperation skills; Agile mindset and ability to work in Scrum; based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new data & reporting products in the Microsoft Azure stack (e.g., ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI).
• Collaborate on innovative solutions for complex business needs.
• Develop scalable data & reporting products to support self-service BI and data-informed decision-making.
