• Sales Performance: Maximise selling opportunities to achieve both individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge to deliver Product Excellence and provide relevant, value-driven recommendations.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, contribute to a positive team environment, and remain open to feedback.
• Training & Participation: Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Supportive Team Culture: Offer assistance and support to colleagues when needed and as requested by management.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Uphold brand standards across visual merchandising, cleanliness, and general housekeeping to ensure a premium store environment.
• Operational Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, dress code, and conduct standards at all times.
• Stock & Security Management: Adhere to processes for stock security, customer data protection, and cash handling, including booking in deliveries when required.
• Store Operations & Attendance: Ensure punctuality and attendance align with company policies, supporting store opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Health & Safety: Maintain awareness of health and safety requirements, reporting any risks or issues to the Store Manager.
