• Customer Engagement & Product Support: Identify customer needs and provide tailored guidance, confidently answering questions on product pricing, features, and benefits.
• Customer Data & Loyalty: Capture customer information at every opportunity to grow the database and support long-term customer loyalty initiatives.
• Complaint Handling: Resolve customer concerns promptly by investigating issues, developing effective solutions, and escalating to management when appropriate.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by going the extra mile and utilising the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony to enhance the overall customer journey and drive sales.
• Sales Performance: Maximise selling opportunities to achieve both individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge to deliver Product Excellence and provide relevant, value-driven recommendations.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, contribute to a positive team environment, and remain open to feedback.
• Training & Participation: Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Supportive Team Culture: Offer assistance and support to colleagues when needed and as requested by management.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Uphold brand standards across visual merchandising, cleanliness, and general housekeeping to ensure a premium store environment.
