Job summary

Rabobank is looking for a Resilience Officer to shape and strengthen operational resilience for its Engineering & Enterprise Tech division. In this strategic role, you will ensure the continuity of critical IT services and prepare the organization for potential disruptions.

With at least 10 years of experience in a complex IT environment and strong business continuity management skills, you will lead efforts to define, implement, and oversee IT continuity strategies across the organization.

Fluency in English is essential, while Dutch proficiency is preferred. Come and make a difference in enabling secure and stable banking!

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a strategic role within a complex IT environment.
• Strong affinity with IT and the ability to align resilience measures with technical realities.
• Hands-on approach to translate strategy into concrete actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Business & IT Continuity strategy for Engineering & Enterprise Tech.
• Translate resilience objectives into practical deliverables across E&E Tech processes.
• Coordinate resilience efforts among stakeholders and ensure business continuity.
