Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a DevOps Engineer for Integration Journey in Utrecht. You will deliver features end-to-end, spanning frontend to cloud infrastructure, while iterating on existing capabilities to improve user experience.

You’ll support users, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and maintain secure cloud infra in a hybrid work setting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in NodeJS and TypeScript, strong React frontend skills, and familiarity with REST, Backstage, and financial services tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience with frontend development, preferably React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with REST principles.
• Familiarity with Spotify’s Backstage or other internal developer platforms.
• Familiarity with financial services technology landscapes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance in large organizations.

As a member of Squad Integration Journey, you’ll be building products that support Rabobank’s engineers every step of the way when integrating between two applications. From finding the ideal integration for their use case, to taking the first steps in using it, to offboarding because they no longer need it.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,105 and EUR 5,862 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.

You’ll mainly do this by further developing the Rabobank Integration Catalog, a catalog of all available APIs and other integrations. Here our colleagues can come to find our information about available integrations and how to gain access to them. Additionally, together with your team, you’ll be responsible for several auxiliary APIs.

Whether it’s working on the frontend of our Backstage plugin, or one of NodeJS APIs built on Azure Functions, you get to experience every part of our technology stack.

• Familiarity with REST principles.
• Familiarity with Spotify’s Backstage or other internal developer platforms.
• Familiarity with financial services technology landscapes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance in large organizations.

The 80 people in Integration area offer Integration services that exchange billions of data records between systems through APIs, Events, File Transfers or Messaging platforms.
