Job summary

Eventim Benelux is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple tech and non-tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft compelling descriptions, actively source candidates, and manage interview processes with a candidate-first approach.

You will work in a hybrid setup with teams across Amsterdam and other locations, owning the candidate experience from application to offer.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a People & Talent environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is helpful but not essential.
• Experience with technical and non-tech roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for up to five roles at a time, with peaks.
• Craft vacancy texts that explain why the role matters and excite candidates.
• Source candidates via networks, direct search, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and managers informed of next steps.
• Provide a smooth, respectful candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Prepare hiring and offer recommendations for the hiring manager and Director People & Culture.
