Job summary

EVENTIM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, balancing communication with hiring managers and candidates. You will craft engaging role briefs, source candidates via networks and job boards, conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth experience.

You are comfortable using ATS tools, exploring AI-assisted sourcing while maintaining confidentiality, and you’ll travel regularly between Amsterdam and Groningen,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recruitment experience in a People & Talent environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch helpful but not essential.
• Experience with recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Willingness to travel regularly Amsterdam–Groningen, and occasionally Antwerp.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple open roles (up to 5, peaks 7–10).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling role briefs.
• Screen candidates via phone, coordinate interviews, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Improve job descriptions, processes and reporting; use AI judiciously.
