Job summary

WSP Netherlands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Netherlands, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR and Finance to shape workforce planning.

You will advise the business using market intelligence and data-driven insights, while elevating recruitment performance and candidate experience. You will also contribute to cross-border TA initiatives and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management within international matrix organizations.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Data-driven, solution-oriented and independent.
• International experience is a strong advantage.
• Positive mindset and good energy.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process from vacancy to offer across the Netherlands.
• Act as trusted advisor to the business, guiding stakeholders with market intelligence and expertise.
• Track metrics, spot trends and drive improvements in quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Strengthen the candidate journey and employer brand with professional, transparent interactions.
• Collaborate on international Talent Acquisition initiatives with cross-border projects and shared best practices.
